i. Resolution 2014-280 - This resolution ratifies and confirms the promotion of

Investigator Jonathan Rachel to the rank of Police Sergeant

ii.Resolution 2014-281– This resolution ratifies and confirms the appointments of Timothy

Hydock, Michael Santoro and Nicholas Garciano as Probationary Firefighters.

iii. Resolution 2014-282– This resolution ratifies and confirms the promotion of Robert

Quinlan to the rank of Sixth Class Patrol Officer.

iv. Resolution 2014-283– This resolution permits the Township of Springfield to apply for

The Safe Corridor Grant for 2014 for the Township of Springfield.

v.Resolution 2014-284– This resolution authorizes the cancellation of a resolution refunding an

overpayment.

vi. Resolution 2014-285 – This resolution authorizes the refund of Redemption Monies.

vii. Resolution 2014-286 –This resolution authorizes the refund of property tax

overpayments.

viii. Resolution 2014-287 – This resolution ratifies and confirms the hiring of Matthew E.

Dougherty as Probationary Police Officer.

ix. Resolution 2014-288 – This resolution ratifies and confirms the appointment of Martha

Borowyk as relief crossing guard.

x.Resolution 2014-289 – This resolution approves Change Order No. 2 to Interior

Alterations to Chisholm Recreation Center – Contract No. SP2014-04 (COAF).

xi. Resolution 2014-290 – This resolution approves the issuance of Plenary Retail

Consumption Alcoholic Beverage License No. 2017-33-003-007 (Restaurant Concept

Consultants LLC, Licensee), for the 2013-2014 License Term, pursuant to the authority

given by the Special Ruling of the ABC Director pursuant to N.J.S.A 33:1-12.18 and the relief

granted in said Special Ruling pursuant to 33:1-12.39 for the 2014-2015 license term with

regard to the license being inactive.
