i. Resolution 2015-84– This resolution authorizes the disposal of Township of

Springfield’s Surplus Property

ii.Resolution 2015-85 – This resolution authorizes the appointment of Matthew

Bocian as a Part-Time Laborer in the Department of Public Works.

iii. Resolution 2015-86 – This resolution is to acquire the services of Joseph P.

Novelli, a NJ State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, under a non-fair

and open contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, to assist in defense of tax

appeal.

iv. Resolution 2015-87 – This resolution is to acquire the services of Appraisal

Consultants Corp., a NJ State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, under a non-fair and

open contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, to assist in defense of tax appeal.

v.Resolution 2015-88 – This resolution accepts the retirement of Sergeant Walter

Brooks from the Township’s Police Department.

vi. Resolution 2015-89 – This resolution is approving retiree medical insurance coverage

to full-time employee Walter Brooks upon his February 1, 2015 retirement in

accordance with the Police SOA.

vii. Resolution 2015-90 – This resolution authorizes the Person-to Person Transfer of

Plenary Retail Consumption License #2017-33-003-009, heretofore issued to

RSG Morris LLC t/a McLynns to Golden Klover 3 LLC t/a McLynns.

viii. Resolution 2015-91 – This resolution approves execution of a contract with First

Community Development Corporation of NJ for janitorial services at the

Chisholm Community Center.

ix. Resolution 2015-92 – This resolution is for award of contract to Bart’s Construction,

LLC, of South River, NJ for airflow duct work upgrades for the gymnasium at

Chisholm Community Center (COAF).

x.Resolution 2015-93 – This resolution ratifies and confirms the promotion of

Sergeant William Cieri to the rank of Police Lieutenant.

xi. Resolution 2015-94 – This resolution ratifies and confirms the promotion of

Investigator Kimberly Raguse to the rank of Police Sergeant.

xii. Resolution 2015-95 – This resolution authorizes return of escrow fees totaling

$7,468.00 to Nissan World.Adoption.
