various improvements to the Springfield Municipal Community Pool in,
by and for the Swimming Pool Utility of the Township of Springfield,
County of Union, State of NJ, to appropriate the sum of $242,000 to pay
the cost thereof, to make a down payment, to authorize the issuance of
bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the issuance of such bonds.

enter into an agreement with Trinitas Regional Medical Center of Cranford, NJ, to
orovide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Township employees.

xii. Resolution 2015-110 – This resolution accepts the withdrawal of bid request of
GL Group Inc., pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3, where GL Group Inc. was the
lowest bidder regarding the Township’s Chamber Ceiling Renovation Project but
lound that its bid was based on a mistake, and authorizes that the award process
continue with the remaining bids, in accordance with said Statute.
