i. Resolution 2015-256 – This resolution supports the proposed NJDOT replacement
of the structurally deficient bridge along Morris Avenue Route 82 in the Township.
ii. Resolution 2015-257- This resolution authorizes refund of Redemption Monies.
iii. Resolution 2015-258 – This resolution authorizes the refund of property tax
overpayments.
iv. Resolution 2015-259 – This resolution is to accept grant money under the
Senior Citizens Bus Service – 2015 County of Union Grant.
v. Resolution 2015-260 – This resolution designates an $8,907,000.00 Bond
Anticipation Note, dated August 7, 2015 and payable August 5, 2016, as a
“Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligation” pursuant to Section 265(b) (3) of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
vi. Resolution 2015-261 – This resolution awards a professional services contract to
Future Tech Systems, Inc., to provide a web based geographic information
system (GIS) for creating 200 ft. property searches for Engineering Department
(COAF).
vii. Resolution 2015-262 – This resolution is to appoint persons named therein to
the Springfield Recreation Council for the year 2015.
viii. Resolution 2015-263 – This resolution authorizes the continuation of the membership
of I. Wallace Schultz as a member of the Springfield Auxiliary Police.

to P & A Construction, Inc., for the Baltusrol Way Improvements Project – Contract
Number SP15-05 (COAF).
x. Resolution 2015-265 – This resolution approves Change Order No. 1 to DLS
Contracting Inc. for the 2014 Road Improvements Project – Contract Number SP14-03
(COAF).
xi. Resolution 2015-266 – This resolution authorizes the refund of fees collected
from Pool Utility or Recreation Department
xii. Resolution 2015-267 – This resolution authorizes the Township to purchase a
vehicle for the Police Department from Beyer Ford in accordance with
Morris County Cooperative Pricing Council, in an amount not to exceed
$25,934.75 (COAF)

i. Approve Memorandum of Understanding & Hold Harmless Agreement with
Union County for the Leaf Composting Facility
ii. Approve “Off Premise” 50/50 Raffle License #1211 to Rotary Club of

iii. Approve request from Congregation Israel to waive zoning permit fee in sum of $25 and
building permit fee not to exceed $1,500 for Mikvah.
iv. Approve Out of State Travel for Training Request from Fire Department for attendance
at Pierce Manufacturing facility, Appleton, WI, for pre-construction of new apparatus,
from September 21 thru 24, with alternate travel dates of September 29 thru
October 2, funding provided by Pierce and no costs incurred by the Township:
Chief Palumbo, Captain Mastroeni, Firefighters Federico and Russo.
