i. Resolution 2015-320 – This resolution approves the appointment of Maryellen Brennan

as OSHA Compliance Officer for the Township.

ii. Resolution 2015-321 – This resolution authorizes the refund of fees collected from

Pool Utility or Recreation Department.

iii. Resolution 2015-322 – This Resolution establishes a Fair and Open Process for

the awarding of certain contracts for the 2016 calendar year.

iv. Resolution 2015-323 – This resolution authorizes the sale of a Township 1996 Fire

Truck as surplus property no longer needed for public use, to offset the price of the

purchase of a new fire truck.

v. Resolution 2015-324 – This resolution authorizes accepting rant money under NJ

Dept. of Transportation.

vi. Resolution 2015-325 – This resolution permits the Township to apply for the Safe

Corridor Grant for 2015.

vii. Resolution 2015-326 – This resolution authorizes the transfer between the 2015

appropriations for the Township.

viii. Resolution 2015-327 – This resolution authorizes the execution of the contract

between the Township and the PBA.

ix. Resolution 2015-328 – This resolution authorizes the execution of the contract

between the Township and the SOA.

x. Resolution 2015-329 – This resolution ratifies retention of McManimom, Scotland, et al,

as special counsel on the issue of telecom lease and provides for payment of certain

counsel fees.

xi. Resolution 2015-330 - McManimom – not needed

xii. Resolution 2015-321 – This resolution continues to utilize the firm of Clarke Caton

Hintz to provide affordable housing related services.

xiii. Resolution 2015-322 – This resolution authorizes the execution of an amendment to

the existing agreement covering period of January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015,

between the Township of Springfield and the American Federation of State, County and|

Municipal Employees Local 3084, Council 52.

c. Discussion & Action Items

i. Approve request from Jewish Learning Center for use of Veterans’ Park for public

menorah lighting on Sunday, December 6th, 5:30-7:30 p.m. (Rain Date: Mon., Dec. 7th)

ii. Approve request from Engineering Department to add a street light on Brook Street.
