i. Resolution 2016-69– This resolution approves the application by Springfield First

Aid Squad for the purpose of hanging banners n County roads.

ii. Resolution 2016-70– This resolution provides for temporary appropriations prior to the

adoption of the 2016 budget, per N.J.S.A. 40A:4-19.

iii. Resolution 2016-71– This resolution authorizes return of permit fees in amount of

$362.00 to SolarCity.

iv. Resolution 2016-72– This resolution authorizes return of permit fees in amount of

$4,105.00 to Charles Egeonu.

v. Resolution 2016-73– This resolution authorizes refund of Redemption Monies.

vi. Resolution 2016-74– This resolution authorizes refund of fees collected from

Pool Utility or Recreation Department.

x. Resolution 2016-78 – This resolution authorizes the disposal of Township’s Surplus Property.

xi. Resolution 2016-79 – This resolution approves the appointment of Zoila Beltran and

xii. Resolution 2016-80 – This resolution is to appoint persons named therein to the

Springfield Recreation Council for the year 2016.

xiii. Resolution 2016-81 – This resolution authorizes the refund of property tax

overpayments.

xiv. Resolution 2016-82 – This resolution is approving retiree medical insurance coverage

to full-time employee Stephen Studlack upon his March 1, 2016 retirement in

accordance with the Police SOA Agreement.

xv. Resolution 2016-83 – This resolution is to award a professional services contract to

Pennoni Associates, Inc., for providing continued environmental consulting services

as it relates to the Springfield firehouse at 193 Mountain Avenue.

xvi. Resolution 2016-84 – This resolution is to award a professional services contract to

Pennoni Associates, Inc., for providing continued environmental consulting services

as it relates to Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) at the DPW yard.

xvii. Resolution 2016-85 – This resolution authorizes the award of a Professional Service

Contract with Paul A. Phillips, P.P., for a preliminary study regarding the qualifications

of certain properties to be an area in need of redevelopment.

xviii. Resolution 2016-86 – This resolution is for award of contract pursuant to public

bidding law to Pumping Service, Inc., for the Tree Top Drive Station Upgrade -

Contract Number SP2016-04 (COAF).

c. Discussion & Action Item

i. Approve “Off Premise” 50/50 Raffle License #1227 to JFK Medical Center Foundation,

, drawing to be held on June 13, 2016, at 201 Shunpike Road

ii. Approve Games Raffle License #1228; “On Premise” Merchandise Raffle License

#1229 and “On Premise” 50/50 Raffle License to St. James Church, drawings to be

held April 26 through April 30, 2016, at 45 So. Springfield Avenue.
