1. Ordinance 2016-14 – This bond ordinance authorizes the making of various

public improvements and the acquisition of new additional or replacement

equipment and machinery, new information technology equipment and

new automotive vehicles, including original apparatus and equipment, in, by

and for the Township of Springfield, County of Union, State of NJ, to

appropriate the sum of $3,270,250 to pay the cost thereof, to make a down

payment, to authorize the issuance of bonds to finance such appropriation

and to provide for the issuance of bond anticipation notes in anticipation of

the issuance of such bonds.

Preliminary and a Final Official Statement for such Bonds, undertaking to

provide continuing disclosure of financial information, covenanting to comply

with the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, designating such Bonds as

“Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations” for purposes of Internal Revenue Code of 1986,

as amended, and authorizing various matters in connection with electronic
