a. Veterans’ Day Ceremony, November 11th, at 11 a.m. – Veterans’ Park.

b. Springfield Interfaith Clergy Association and the Union County Interfaith Coordinating
Counsel invite you to an Interfaith Thanksgiving Service on Monday, November 21st,
7 p.m., Temple Sha’arey Shalom. There will be a collection of contributions of
packaged goods for NJ Food Bank and monetary donations for the First Aid Squad.

c. Holiday Celebration and Tree Lighting, sponsored by Recreation Department, will be
on Wednesday, December 7th, from 5 to 8 p.m. (rain/snow date is December 8th)

x. Resolution 2016-308 –.This resolution is for award of contract pursuant to
public bidding law to P&A Construction, Inc., for the Laurel Drive

xi. Resolution 2016-309 – This resolution accepts a donation from the
Springfield/Hillside Elks Lodge #2004 to the Springfield Fire Department
in the amount of $400.00 and the Township of Springfield Police Department in
the amount of $400.00.

xii. Resolution 2016-310 – This resolution authorizes the issuance of a
liquor license to Springfield Holdings 2013, LLC, by the Township

xv. Resolution 2016-313 – This resolution names a Conditional Redeveloper for

of the Township and authorizes the execution of a Conditional Redeveloper’s
Agreement with respect thereto.
