1. Ordinance 2017-08 – This ordinance amends Ordinance 2017-06 amending the

    Code of the Township, Chapter XXXV, Land Use Regulations, to Effectuate the

    Final Requirements of the Conditional Declaratory Judgment of Compliance and

    Repose entered by the Superior Court of NJ, December 21, 2016, to Incorporate

    The Changes by the Court appointed Special Master, by Amending Section 35-34,

     Affordable Housing Standards.

                   x.  Resolution 2017-138 – This resolution authorizes the Township to purchase a vehicle

                       for the Fire Department from Mall Chevrolet in accordance with Cranford #47-CPCPS, in

                       an amount not to exceed $37,250.00 (COAF).

                    xii.  Resolution 2017-140 – This resolution awards a Professional Services Contract to

                           M. Disko Associates for providing a Limited Topographic Survey and a Site Plan and

                           for Site/Civil Engineering Support Services as they relate to the construction of a new

                           Pool Building at the Springfield Municipal Pool site.

                          Declaratory Judgment, signed and filed by the Superior Court of NJ on December 21, 2016,

                          In the Matter of the Township of Springfield (Union County) Affordable Housing

        Compliance Plan.
