Code of the Township, Chapter XXXV, Land Use Regulations, to Effectuate the
Final Requirements of the Conditional Declaratory Judgment of Compliance and
Repose entered by the Superior Court of NJ, December 21, 2016, to Incorporate
The Changes by the Court appointed Special Master, by Amending Section 35-34,
Affordable Housing Standards.
