The musical group "94 Proof" (www.94proof.com)  performed at the Springfield Business Improvement Districts' second Summer Sound Bites concert in front of Town Hall. About 30 to 35 people stopped by on this warm summer evening to enjoy the music.  This concert, originally scheduled for last Thursday was postponed  a week due to the weather.  Even so, at 8 pm, Mel Kevoe, the Bid's Coordinator for this program, had them end a little early as lighting was seen nearby and the skies were darkening.  In an exclusive interview with the Patriot Times, Mel noted  "We always err on the side of safety".  Please join us next week on July 27th for "TREE OH" performing on the front lawn of the Town Hall.
