                    vi. Resolution 2017-239 – This resolution awards a contract pursuant to public bidding law

                         to CCM Contracting Inc., for the Juniper Way and Timber Acres Road Improvements

                         Project – Contract SP-2017-04 (COAF).

                        of 1966, as amended.
