Dave has over 27 years of experience in the field of Exercise Science/Exercise Physiology, “tailoring wellness and fitness programs to a diverse clientele of all ages, including those who have physical limitations and special needs”.

 Dave was Captain of his football (1x), basketball (2x), and Spring track (2x) teams at Boonton High School, where he was named the Athlete of the Year as a Senior.  After Graduation, He attended Kutztown University in Pennsylvania, where he played football before transferring to Montclair State University after an Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury. At Montclair State, Dave earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Education/Adult Fitness (Magna Cum Laude Graduate) while working as a Physical Therapist Aide/Health & Fitness Instructor Full-time. He also served as President of the PHI kappa PHI Honor Fraternity during His Junior and Senior years at Montclair State.

Before opening Revive, Dave has held various positions: Fitness/Aerobics Director, Head Personal Trainer, Health and Wellness Behavior Modification Coordinator and Health Promotion Facilitator.  He has extensive experience in the following areas: Functional Training/Stress Reduction, Physical Therapy, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Sports-Specific Training for Teens/Adults (core, strength, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility, TRX training, etc.) Youth Fitness and Senior Citizen Training.

 In addition, Dave has developed, promoted and implemented various health/wellness programs (“Spring Forth with Wellness” Community Health Fair, “Friends in Fitness” Member Referral Program, “Teen Fit” YMCA Summer Fitness Training Program, etc.).  He has vast experience working in Corporate Fitness settings and attends quarterly Professional Seminars on Health and Wellness. Lastly, he has trained many of his Clients for the last 15 years! Dave collaborates with Them extensively to design and implement the most comprehensive Individualized Exercise Prescriptions possible.
