          presentations will be exactly the same.)  Social distancing and masks required.  The

          official public hearing for the adoption of the budget will be at the Township Committee

          Meeting on Tuesday, May 11 at 7 p.m.

   Durango Pursuit SUV for the Police Department (COAF).

ii. Resolution 2021-119 – This resolution approves the application by Springfield First Aid

    Squad for the purpose of hanging banners on County roads.

iii. Resolution 2021-120 – This resolution authorizes the refund of permit fee in the

    amount of $213.00.

iv. Resolution 2021-121– This resolution authorizes the Township to enter into a

     contract with Garden State Fireworks, Inc., for the Township’s Fourth of July

     fireworks display (COAF).

v. Resolution 2021-122 – This resolution approves the street closing and banner hanging

    application by the Township for 4th of July Festivities..

vi. Resolution 2021-123 – This resolution awards a Professional Service Contract to

     Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) for the preparation of construction documents and

     Construction coordination and inspection services for 2021 Road Program

     Improvements (COAF).

vii. Resolution 2021-124 – This resolution approves the promotion of Michelle DiParisi to

     the rank of Seventh Class Patrol Officer.

viii. Resolution 2021-125 – This resolution authorizes the refund of property tax

 xi. Resolution 2021-128 – This resolution authorizes the purchase of a new Mack

      Dump Truck from Gabrielli Truck Sales of Bloomsbury under Sourcewell Contract

  xiii. Resolution 2021-130 – This resolution ratifies and authorizes the execution of a

        modified collective negotiations agreement between the Township and the

        Firefighters Mutual Benevolent Association Local No. 27, for the time period covering

        January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2027.
