Thanks to our sponsors

On Friday, May 21st and June 11th, Springfield's Office of Emergency Management, Springfield Public Schools and Rite Aid Pharmacy held their first COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Jonathan Dayton High School for individuals 12 years of age or older.

The Pfizer vaccine was administered in two doses and the clinic was held between 3 & 7 PM each day.

Springfield Mayor Chris Weber noted, “I was there both days and observed the clinic running smoothly and efficiently”.  Apu Mullick, OEM Deputy Coordinator and Springfield EMS Chief noted “This was a collaboration between the Township, Board of Education and Rite Aid.  We administered 175 first and second doses and this helps us on our way to eliminating COVID-19 in our community.   Board of Education personnel, OEM CERT and Auxiliary Police volunteers all pitched in as well to make this a successful event.”
