After a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Springfield Recreation Department's basketball program for resident men 35 years of age and older returns this week! Registered residents are offered two opportunities per week to play non-competitive pick-up games: Wednesdays from 7:00-9:00 pm at Jonathan Dayton High School (east gym) and Sundays from 8:00-10:00 am at Florence Gaudineer Middle School (girl's gym). The program costs $25 (new players) or $12.50 (2019-2020 players). Prior to playing, registration and payment must be completed online with a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover on Community Pass at https://register.communitypass.net/springfield. Payment is not accepted on-site. Players are asked to wear masks when entering, exiting, or sitting, but do not need to wear masks when playing. Balls and an apparel item are included. Questions?
