      a.  The last day for the Springfield Farmer’s Market Monday,,October 25,  11 a.m. to 5 p.m., on

      b. The Jitney resumed as of Monday, August 16.  Masks are required and the drivers will

          not accept monthly payments.  They are to be sent to Maryellen Brennan at Town Hall.  For

      c. Save the Date!! The Halloween Spooktacular will take place on Saturday, October 30,

          outside at Chisholm Park from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.  Join us for a children’s costume contest,

          1. Ordinance 2021-27 – This ordinance authorizes the termination of the 1994

              Settlement Agreement between the Township of Clark and the Rahway Valley

              Sewerage Authority, the Boroughs of Garwood, Kenilworth and Roselle Park, the

              City of Rahway, the Town of Westfield and the Townships of Cranford, Springfield

              and Woodbridge.

                Ordinance 2020-14, which authorizes restaurants to establish and operate

                Approved temporary dining areas during the COVID-19 pandemic.

iv. Resolution 2021-251 – This resolution is for approval to submit a Grant Application and

     execute a Grant Contract with the NJ Department of Transportation for the Resurfacing

 v. Resolution 2021-252 – This resolution authorizes settlement of Tax Appeal entitled,

      Township of Springfield v. 21 Fadem Road RDR Investment Company, pending in

      the Tax Court of New Jersey, for the property located at Block 3802, Lot 1, commonly

      known as 21 Fadem Road.

               1. Adoption

   vi.Resolution 2021-253 – This resolution authorizes the Township’s participation in the

       SYY21 Body-Worn Camera Grant Program administered by NJ Department of Law

       and Public Safety, as well as the Township’s acceptance of State funds pursuant

       to same.
