Board of Health for a one year term, expiring December 31, 2022.

 

   32. Library Board of Trustees:

         a. The Mayor announces the appointment of Erin Cook as a member of the

the Library Board of Trustees of the Springfield Free Public Library, for a             five ear term, expiring December 31, 2026.  Motion:  Committeeman Weber    seconded by Committeeman Capodice approve this appointment.

    Mayor’s Representative to the Springfield Free Public Library, for a one year term,

    expiring December 31, 2022. 

 

               33. Environmental Commission:

a. The Mayor announces the reappointment of Maura Blau to the Environmental      

 Commission, for a three year term, expiring December 31, 2024.

 

         b.The Mayor announces the appointment of Denise DeVone as an Alternate II

        Member to the Environmental Commission for a one year term, expiring   

December 31, 2022.

 

c. The Mayor announces the appointment of Margaret Don as an Alternate I

Member of the Environmental Commission for a two year term, expiring

December 31, 2023.

        

d. The Mayor announces the appointment of Hortense Dias as a Member of the

TOWNSHIP OF SPRINGFIELD

     TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE REORGANIZATION MEETING

                 TUESDAY, JANUARY 4, 2022, AT 7 P.M.

Please take notice that the Township Committee of the Township of Springfield will hold its Reorganization Meeting on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 7 P.M., in person at Town Hall (100 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, New Jersey 07081).  All attendees will be required to comply with COVID-19 protocol, including wearing a mask and social distancing.

 

The meeting will be broadcast live on local cable access Comcast Channel 35 and Verizon/FIOS Channel 46. The meeting can also be viewed via Springfield Township’s:

Members of the public who are unable to attend the meeting in person may participate by submitting comments in writing, either via email to: [email protected], or via letter to: Township Administrator, 100 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081.  All written comments must be received by the Township Administrator by 1 P.M. on January 4, 2022, and must include the commenter’s full name and address in order to be read aloud during the public comment portion of the meeting.  The reading of written comments will be subject to the same restrictions as verbal comments made during the meeting.  In addition, members of the public may provide verbal comments during the public comment portions of the meeting via telephone, by calling 973-232-4442 during the public comment portions of the meeting.
