participation in nationwide settlement agreements with New Jersey based
pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson and the United States’ three
largest pharmaceutical distributors – McKesson, Cardinal Health and
AmerisourceBergen – to resolve claims involving the companies’ rules in
fomenting the country’s opiod crisis.
