Chisholm Playground Camp online registration is now open at https://register.communitypass.net/springfield!

Operating at Chisholm Park and the Chisholm Community Center, Chisholm Playground Camp features eight unique weeks from Monday, June 20, 2022-Friday, August 12, 2022, with a full schedule of activities from 8:30 am-12:30 pm. Camp is available to residents and non-residents entering Pre-K through 6th grades (as of Fall 2022). Directed again by Erin McNany and staffed by counselors in high school and older, camp includes playground time, sports, field and water activities, group games, quiet games, arts and crafts, theme days, Fridays at the Springfield Community Pool, and much more!

Weekly fees are $115 for residents and $125 for non-residents. There is a 20% discount for Week #3 (camp is closed on Monday, July 4, 2022). Spots are limited each week, and are first-come first-served with a completed and paid registration on Community Pass. A waitlist will be kept after all spots are filled. Campers must be potty-trained, and should bring a light snack and drink. Lunch time is not a part of camp. (Chisholm Playground Camp will follow a COVID-19 Operational Plan developed by the Springfield Recreation Department, in consultation with local and state health authorities, using the current COVID-19 guidelines in place prior to camp.)

For campers looking to extend their day, optional afternoon programs with supervised lunch time will be offered by private program partners. For campers looking to extend their summer, three weeks of end-of-summer camps will be offered by private program partners. Details will be available soon!
