                   Township’s renovation of the Hershey Building.

                   xix. Resolution 2022-203 – This resolution authorizes the submission of an application to the

                         NJ Dept. of Community Affairs for an American Rescue Plan Firefighter Grant with the

                         Assistance of Millennium Strategies LLC, and the acceptance of any such grant awarded

                         On behalf of the Township.

                     xx. Resolution 2022-204 – This resolution authorizes the Township’s Engineering Consultant

                          to sign the NJDEP WQM-403 Statement of Consent Form for Patriot’s Way Urban Renewal,

                          LLC’s TWA-1 Application.

                     xxi. Resolution 2022-205 – This resolution rejects all bids received for the 2022 Drainage,

                            Sewer and Excavation assistance Program.

                        xxii. Resolution 2022-206 – This resolution authorizes the refund of an annual license fee

                               to Cannaboy Treehouse, LLC.

                       xxiii. Resolution 2022-207 – This resolution authorizes two appointments to the position of

                      xxiv. Resolution 2022-208 – This resolution places a lien against 171 Hawthorn Avenue

                              for costs incurred by the Township of Springfield pursuant to Chapter XV Property

                              Maintenance Code, Section 15-16 Brush, Grass and Debris.
