    1. Notice:           This meeting is being held in accordance with the Public Laws of 1975, Chapter 231 and adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by a Notice sent to The Star Ledger, The Local Source and posted in the Main Lobby of the Municipal Building and on the Township website.

                   a. There will be a Veterans Day Ceremony on Friday, November 11, at 11 a.m. at Veterans

                       Park.  Please join in honoring all our Servicemen and Servicewomen.  All

                   b. Leaf pick up started Monday, October 31.  Residents on Township Roads may start placing the

                       leaves in the street now.  No branches will be picked up.  Please make sure not to place

                       leaves closer than 10 feet from any storm drain or catch basin.  Collection ends on

                       December 31.

                  c. Save the Date:  Tree Lighting on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 (rain/snow date on

                      Thursday, December 1) Details to be announced.

                 approves the coverage of medical benefits for him and his qualifying family members in

                 accordance with the applicable collective negotiations agreement, the Township Code, State

                 and Federal Law.

                ii.Resolution 2022-269 – This resolution accepts the retirement of Steven tullo and approves

                   the coverage of medical benefits for him and his qualifying family members in accordance

                iii.Resolution 2022-270 – This resolution permits a limited deer hunt at Baltusrol Golf Club

                iv.Resolution 2022-271 – This resolution is authorizing the Township of Springfield to accept

                    a Subfrant Award of the Federal Fiscal Year 2022 of Emergency Management Performance

                    Grant and Emergency Management Agency Assistance.

                  v.Resolution 2022-272 – This resolution authorizes the return of escrow fees to the
