                  v.Resolution 2022-279 – This resolution authorizes settlement of Tax Appeal entitled, Township

                     of Springfield vs. HJSE Realty LLC pending in the Tax Court of NJ, for the property located at

                     Block 3703, Lot 3, commonly known as 10 Fadem Road, Springfield, NJ.

                   vi.Resolution 2022-280 – This resolution approves the promotion of Matthew Nolan to the rank of
