The August session of Zumba with Amy Lauren starts THIS WEEK! Classes for adults are held on Wednesdays @ 7:00-8:00 pm and Saturdays @ 10:30-11:30 am at the Chisholm Community Center (2nd floor fitness studio) in Springfield, hosted by the Springfield Recreation Department.
