a. Veterans Day Ceremony is Saturday, November 11 at 11 a.m., Veterans
Park. In case of rain, the ceremony will be at JDHS Auditorium.
b. All Municipal Offices are closed on Friday, November 10, in observance of
Veterans Day.
c. Leaf Collection – November 1 to December 31. Residents on Township roads
may start placing only leaves with a small percentage of grass in street now.
Make sure your landscaper knows that no sticks or branches will be collected
and do not place leaves closer than 10 feet from any storm drain or catch basin
as per NJDEP Stormwater Regulation. Residents residing on Union County
Roads can visit the County website or call 908-789-3660 for their leaf schedule.

the position of Forester within the township’s Department of Public Works, and
provide for the Forester’s enforcement of the Township Code’s shade tree
provisions.
