                             governing certain employment positions and establishes salary ranges

                             and compensation levels for such positions within the Township of

                             Springfield.

  1. Ordinance 2024-02- This ordinance amends Chapter 2 (Administration)

of the Township code to add provisions related to the property tax

exemption available to qualifying disabled veterans and eligible surviving

spouses. .

                            2. Ordinance 2024-03 – This bond ordinance is to authorize the making of

                                 various public improvements and the acquisition of new additional or

                                 replacement equipment and machinery and a new automotive vehicle,

                                 including original apparatus and equipment, in, by and for the Township,

                                 to appropriate the sum sum of $2,384,000.00 to pay the cost thereof,

                                 to make a down payment, to authorize the issuance of bonds to finance

                                 such appropriation and to provide for the issuance of Bond Anticipation

                                 Notes in anticipation of the issuance of such bond.

                 iii..Resolution 2024-60 – This resolution approves the street closing and banner

                  iv.Resolution 2024-61 – This resolution authorizes refund of property taxes from

v.Resolution 2024-62 – This resolution authorizes the hiring of two part-time

   seasonal laborers for the Township’s Department of Public Works.

                    vi.Resolution 2024-63 – This resolution awards a contract through the Union

                        County Cooperative Pricing System, BA#47-2021, to SBP Industries (COAF).

                  vii.Resolution 2024-64 – This resolution authorizes the sale of a cargo trailer

                  viii.Resolution 2024-65 – This resolution appoints Erica DuBois as Chisholm

                    x.Resolution 2024-67 – This resolution authorizes and ratifies the Collective

                       Negotitations Agreement between the Township of Springfield and the

                       period covering January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2026.
