1. Ordinance 2014-15– This ordinance amends Chapter XXV, “Land Use”
Of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township, by amending Article III,
“Definitions”, Section 35-7, Definitions and Descriptions”, to add definitions for
“Massage” and “Massage Establishment”, and by amending Article V, “District
Regulations”, Section 35-14, “Schedule of Zoning Limitations”, to provide that
Massage Establishments be allowed only in the HC Commercial Zone, and only
as a Conditional Use, and by adding subsection j to Article VII, Exceptions and
Modifications”, Section 35-41, Conditional Uses”, Subsection 35-41.2, “Specific
Requirements”, setting forth specific requirements for Massage Establishments.
