a. Halloween Spooktacular – Sponsored by the Recreation Department, Springfield Patriot Chamber
of Commerce and Springfield Municipal Alliance & Red Ribbon Week, Sunday, October 29, at
Chisholm Community Center, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
b. Farmers’ Market, last day is Monday, through October 30 at Springfield Public Library, with live folk
music from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and free pumpkin with any purchase (while supplies last)!
c. Election Day is Tuesday, November 7. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. All Municipal Offices,
with the exception of the Township Clerk’s Office, will be closed.
d. Veterans’ Day, Saturday, November 11 at 11 a.m. at Veterans’ Park, corner of Mountain and
Shunpike
e. The next Township Committee Meeting will be on Monday, November 13, 7 p.m.
