Halloween Spooktacular on Sunday, October 26, 2025

Springfield Recreation Department's annual Halloween Spooktacular is coming up on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 1:00-2:30 pm, at Chisholm Park (rain location: Chisholm Community Center). 

COSTUME CONTEST: Children and families are invited to dress up and show off their scariest and most original costumes at the costume contest! Pre-registration is required on Community Pass at https://register.communitypass.net/springfield. Prizes will be awarded at approximately 2:15 pm.

DONUTS TRUCK: The first 200 individuals to pre-register for donuts on Community Pass at https://register.communitypass.net/springfield will receive a free basket of freshly-made warm donuts from the Glazed & Confused Donuts Truck!

ACTIVITIES: The popular photo ring is back to photograph everyone and send pictures to your email or phone. Watch out for the roaming magician's amazing magic tricks! Dance to DJ music from Summit Soundz! Play Halloween lawn games! Plus, plenty of free Red Ribbon Week and sponsor goodies will be given away.
