PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the
Township Committee of the Township of Springfield to take place on Wednesday, November 6th,
2024 at 1:00 PM in the Municipal Building, 2nd floor, 100 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, New
Jersey 07081.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
To consider and potentially take action on the following matters:
a. Resolution Authorizing Hiring of Construction Control Person
b. Resolution Authorizing Budget Transfers
c. Resolution Authorizing Updated Meeting Schedule
Official action may be taken during the public portion of the meeting with respect to the
Resolutions described herein above.
