Regulations) and to repeal and replace §35-34 (Affordable Housing) of
Chapter XXXV (Land Use) of the Municipal Code of the Township of
Springfield to address Requirements of the Fair Housing ACT (FHA), as
amended, and the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls (UHAC), as
amended, regarding Compliance with the Township’s Affordable Housing
Obligations.

Township of Springfield, Chapter XXXV, Land Use Regulations, to
effectuate the Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the
Township of Springfield, as amended and enacted pursuant to Court
Order, by the Township Committee of the Township of Springfield,
County of Union, State of New Jersey.
