Chisholm Playground Camp Registration Open for Summer 2026

Springfield Recreation Department's popular Chisholm Playground Camp is now enrolling campers for Summer 2026 online on Community Pass at https://register.communitypass.net/springfield

Operating at Chisholm Park and the Chisholm Community Center, Chisholm Playground Camp features eight unique weeks from Monday, June 22, 2026-Friday, August 14, 2026, with a full schedule of activities from 8:30 am-12:30 pm! Camp is available to residents and non-residents entering Pre-K through 6th grades (in Fall 2026). You may register your child for any number of weeks. 

Camp includes playground time, sports, field and water activities, group games, quiet games, arts and crafts, theme days, Color Wars, camp car wash, Fridays at the Springfield Community Pool, and more! Campers must be potty-trained, and should bring a light snack and drink. Lunch time is not a part of camp.

Weekly fees are $149 for residents and $166 for non-residents. There is a 20% discount for Week #2 (camp is closed on Friday, July 3, 2026). Campers receive one t-shirt that must be worn every day. Additional t-shirts may be purchased for $10 each. Spots are limited each week, and are first-come first-served with a completed and paid registration on Community Pass. After all spots in a camp week are filled, a waitlist is kept on Community Pass.

For campers looking to extend their day, optional afternoon camps with a supervised lunch time starting at 12:30 pm will be offered by private program partners (weeks, grade range, fees, and themes will vary). Details will be available soon.
