a. Notice: This meeting is being held in accordance with the Public Laws of 1975, Chapter 231 and adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by a Notice sent to The Star Ledger, The Local Source and posted in the Main Lobby of the Municipal Building and on the Township website.

a. All Municipal Office will be closed on Labor Day, Monday September 2, 2024.

f. Senior Citizens Bus Trip Tuesday September 24, 2024 “Music of ABBA” at PNC Bank Art Center. Register at Community Pass. The trip is opened to Springfield Residents ages 55+ & members of the Springfield Senior Citizens Club.
g. Union County Board of County Commissioner presents Veterans Job Fair, Wednesday August 21 5pm at Warinanco Sport Center. Open to the public, on the spot interviews bring your resume. Register at www.ucnj.org/jobfair.
h. The Township extends condolences to Firefighter Stewart Jurczak on the passing of his mother Sylvia Jurczak.
i. Due to inclement weather National Night Out has been rescheduled to Tuesday, August 20th. JDHS parking lot from 5-8 p.m.
j. The Township extends condolences to the Laufer family on the passing of Max Laufer, grandfather of Deputy Mayor Laufer.
