Youth Acting Classes at Chisholm this Summer

Acting classes for children ages 9-14 are offered in Summer 2026, taught by Party Maniacs in partnership with the Springfield Recreation Department! The weekly classes are held at the Chisholm Community Center (100 South Springfield Avenue) on Mondays 6/22/26-7/27/26 from 4:30-5:30 pm. The cost is $180 per child. Calling all young actors: Do you love acting? Do you want to learn new skills and prepare an audition-ready monologue in a fun and encouraging setting? Through games and acting exercises, actors will have a chance to learn more about how to deliver a moving performance. Whether this is your first acting class or you want to prepare for a specific audition, the workshop is a chance to learn, grow, and have some fun. Improve your techniques and skills, and then show off what you learned in a showcase for family and friends at the last class!
