We all surried down to a "Stoned Soul Picnic" by the Fifth Dimension and sang along with Otis' "Dock of the Bay". Let's recapture those feelings and memories together as Christine and Elliot Spero explore the Great Songs of the '60s and '70s. 

This program is free and open to all members of the general public. Attendees will need to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets as seating will not be provided.

Due to the heat wave and thanks to cooperation between Mayor Alex Keiser, the Springfield Township Committee, and the Summit Area YMCA, the Township of Springfield is happy to announce that Springfield residents may purchase guest passes to the Springfield Community Pool with no limitations from Friday, July 22, 2022, to Sunday, July 24, 2022. Guest passes must be purchased in advance at the website below. A waiver must also be completed before attending.

After more than 2 years of planning, the Girls Scouts of Springfield traveled to London and Paris in July.  The picture shown here is from a visit to PAX Lodge,  the World Association of Girl Guides, and Girl Scouts World Centre in Hampstead, London, England. It was opened on 15 March 1991and welcomes members from across the globe.
